On behalf of our client, a leading company with a long and solid history in Professional Services, we are currently looking for a talented SAP SD Consultant, to join its project management development team in Athens.
Your day-to-day
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze clients' existing procurement and inventory management processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend best practices in line with SAP SD capabilities.
- Implementation: Lead or support SAP SD implementation projects
- Provide technical expertise in SAP solutions including: gathering client requirements, designing solutions, configuring the SAP SD module and conducting system testing.
- Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, such as SAP MM, EWM, FI, CO, PP, PM, and third-party logistics systems.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and training materials for clients and end-users.
- User Training: Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure they can effectively use and maintain the SAP SD system.
- Support and Maintenance: Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance services to address client inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP SD best practices, industry trends, and new SAP releases to recommend and implement enhancements that optimize clients' SAP SD solutions.
Requirements
What you will need
- BSc Degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
- 3-8 years of working experience in an equivalent position
- SAP Experience: Implementation of SAP SD projects, including gathering client requirements, designing solutions, configuring the SAP SD module, and conducting system testing
- Logistics Expertise: Experience in the Logistics field is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori, and their respective modules and tools for configuration, customization, and integration
- Proficiency in working with various technologies and systems related to SAP solutions
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft 365 professional tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to facilitate documentation, data analysis, and presentations
- Communication: Stellar communication skills, and proficiency in English. Multilingualism is a plus.
